If I could give 10 stars, I would! We had bids from a handful of stair guys and not only was Kurt’s the most reasonable, he clearly understood my “vision”. We were replacing our ugly carpeted staircase with hardwood, and also boxing out the original angled risers plus replacing the rails and balusters. Kurt and his crew showed up at the same time every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Kurt was meticulous and communicative throughout the entire job. Our new staircase is absolutely beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend Kurt. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was off the charts!

I could not be happier with my new staircase. It is absolutely beautiful. Kurt had lots of sample pictures to help me design my staircase. He arrived when he said he would and stayed true to his timeline. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Olmstead is an excellent master carpenter. He enclosed my open staircase and matched the steps to my wooden floors. He came on time, did the work as quoted and finished quickly. He also, cleaned and vacuumed the steps and flooring. I highly recommend him.
